Regulatory notices before payment

To benefit from the course, you must be able to work independently and be comfortable using a computer.
The online driver improvement course and final exam must be completed online through a DMV-licensed Virginia provider. No paper testing is permitted.
The online course is eight hours total, including the final exam, and must be completed in full before any certificate is issued.
Student identity is verified throughout the course and before the final exam to confirm that the same person completes both steps.
Court-directed students must provide required court documentation before DMV can award safe driving points.
Virginia DMV states that an online driver improvement clinic does not satisfy a commercial driver improvement clinic requirement for CDL drivers.
