Certificates release only after required course time, lesson completion, identity setup, and a passing final exam.
The live certificate identifies the learner, course, language version, completion date, score, verification ID, and provider.
Each certificate includes a verification ID and public verification path.
The hotel/operator should retain paper or electronic copies of each employee certificate and make records available to the Texas OAG or law enforcement when required.
The certificate does not replace the hotel's own internal policies or incident-response workflow.
