6-hour Arizona insurance producer ethics CE - the full 6-hour ethics requirement of Arizona's 48-hour, four-year producer CE (A.R.S. section 20-2902(A)(2)). It covers the producer's fiduciary duty and standard of conduct; Arizona's Unfair Practices and Frauds article (A.R.S. sections 20-441 to 20-469.01 - misrepresentation and false advertising section 20-443, twisting section 20-443(A)(5), rebating sections 20-449 and 20-451, unfair claim settlement section 20-461, fraud section 20-463); the annuity best-interest standard and four obligations (A.R.S. section 20-1243.03); replacement, suitability, privacy, and conflicts of interest; insurance fraud; and the DIFI producer licensing and discipline framework (A.R.S. sections 20-281 to 20-302; grounds for discipline section 20-295) - with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to DIFI through the provider (PSI/SBS).
