Bilingual online 3-hour Delaware insurance producer ethics CE — the ethics requirement of Delaware's 24-hour, two-year producer CE (18 Del. Admin. Code 504). It covers the producer's fiduciary duty and standard of conduct; the Unfair Practices in the Insurance Business law (18 Del. C. §§ 2301 to 2316) (misrepresentation, twisting, rebating, and unfair claim settlement); the annuity best-interest standard and its four obligations (18 Del. Admin. Code 1214, the 2020 NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation effective August 1, 2021); replacement, suitability, privacy, and conflicts of interest; insurance fraud; and the Delaware Department of Insurance producer licensing and discipline framework (18 Del. C. ch. 17) — with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to the Department through Sircon.
