This 10-hour internet self-study prelicensing course is prepared for Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI) provider/course filing under IC 27-1-15.6 and current IDOI filing requirements for the Title Insurance Producer line of authority. Enrollment, payment, certificates, completion reporting, and any Indiana prelicensing-credit claim remain closed until written IDOI approval is on file.
After IDOI approval, this course is intended for Indiana resident producer candidates pursuing the Title Insurance Producer line of authority. Until written approval is posted, students who need credit must use a provider already accepted by IDOI.
Certificate templates, completion-reporting workflows, and Sircon-style export controls are staged, but official certificates, completion reporting, and any Indiana prelicensing-credit claim stay disabled until written IDOI approval is received and the course is intentionally opened. IC 27-1-15.6 prohibits transacting insurance in Indiana for compensation without an active IDOI-issued license and an active title insurer appointment.
Delivery follows the IDOI prelicensing internet self-study structure: sequential lessons, active seat-time tracking on every lesson, identity verification, embedded knowledge checks, final-exam affidavit, and a randomized 50-question course final with 70% passing score. Indiana does not require a state exam for the Title line; the course final is the course mastery check.
