Bilingual online 3-hour Iowa insurance producer ethics CE — the ethics requirement of Iowa's 36-hour, three-year producer CE (Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-11.3(1)). It covers the producer's fiduciary duty and standard of conduct; the Iowa Insurance Trade Practices Act (Iowa Code ch. 507B) (misrepresentation, twisting, rebating, and unfair claim settlement); the annuity best-interest standard and its four obligations (Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-15.76, the 2020 NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation effective January 1, 2021); replacement, suitability, privacy, and conflicts of interest; insurance fraud; and the Iowa Insurance Division producer licensing and discipline framework (Iowa Code ch. 522B) — with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to the Division through Sircon.
