- This optional plan applies only to the separate $54.99 checkout plan labeled The 90 Club™ while that exact plan is publicly offered for this Qbank.
- The standard $44.99 checkout, price-match purchases, hardship or waiver purchases, private discounts, coupons, free access, duplicate accounts, support upgrades, mailed certificates, and any other add-ons do not qualify.
- The student must use the Qbank in the same account that purchased The 90 Club™, including identity setup, bank access, the challenge exam, and required notices. This exam-prep product does not issue a completion certificate.
- Only the first submitted challenge-exam attempt counts for the rebate threshold. Retakes, admin resets, changed answers, corrected submissions, or later higher scores do not create eligibility.
- The first challenge-exam score must be 90% or higher. The platform's stored score, identity, payment, support, and challenge-exam records are the controlling records for review.
- The rebate is not applied at checkout. When the Qbank, payment, identity, challenge-exam, support, rebate cap, and no-dispute records show that every term was met, the student receives the full advertised $15.00 rebate. A smaller rebate is not approved as a substitute for meeting the terms.
- A student may request rebate review through the Qbank support path within 30 days after the first challenge-exam result is recorded. Missing, late, incomplete, abusive, or unverifiable requests may be denied because eligibility cannot be confirmed, though the owner/admin may choose to review a record without a request.
- For a full-price eligible purchase, the rebate is $15.00. After that rebate, the student's net tuition is $39.99, which is lower than the standard $44.99 checkout.
- The rebate applies only to eligible tuition actually paid for The 90 Club™. It excludes taxes, processor or platform fees, support upgrades, mailed certificate fees, court or agency fees, chargeback fees, bank fees, third-party fees, and any amount already refunded, credited, discounted, waived, disputed, reversed, or not collected.
- No rebate can create cash value, account credit, transferable value, a refund larger than the amount actually paid, or a refund to any payment method other than the original payment method allowed by the payment processor.
- A record is not eligible if there is a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, failed refund, suspected fraud, account sharing, identity mismatch, automation, challenge-exam manipulation, duplicate account use, abusive conduct, or policy violation.
- Only one rebate may be issued per student, account, purchase, and qualifying first challenge-exam attempt. The rebate cannot be stacked with price matches, coupons, hardship waivers, private discounts, free access, refunds, credits, or any other promotion.
- Aggregate per-student cap: no more than 3 rebates will be issued to the same student, account, email address, or payment method within any rolling 365-day window. Requests above the cap will be denied regardless of the exam score.
- This plan does not promise licensure, official exam performance, an official score, school acceptance, employer acceptance, agency approval, a passing score, a specific outcome, or that the student will receive any legal, employment, academic, or disciplinary benefit.
- The standard refund policy continues to apply. Students who do not meet every plan condition remain subject to the normal refund policy and are not owed a rebate.
- Approved rebates are submitted to the original payment method. Bank posting times, expired cards, closed accounts, and issuer handling can affect where or when the original-payment-method refund appears, but they do not reduce the advertised rebate for an eligible record.
- The program may be changed, paused, or ended for future purchases. The terms shown at the time of purchase control that purchase unless applicable law, payment-network rules, processor rules, or a written owner/admin correction requires a different result.
- This plan is not a satisfaction guarantee, pass guarantee, acceptance guarantee, or guaranteed-outcome promotion. It is a conditional rebate promise: when the records show every eligibility term was met, the advertised rebate is issued.

- This is an independent exam-prep product, not a certificate, license, continuing-education credit, or board/agency approval.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share access, credentials, questions, practice banks, summaries, challenge exam, or results with another person.
- Identity setup protects challenge-exam integrity. There is no minimum time requirement and no certificate is issued.
- Practice and explanations are educational. National Course Portal does not guarantee any score, pass result, license, employment, admission, or exam outcome.
