What The 90 Club™ is

The 90 Club™ is a conditional mastery rebate. On an eligible course it is included with enrollment at the posted price — there is no surcharge and, on those courses, no separate plan to choose. A small number of courses instead offer it as an optional plan; when they do, the course page and checkout say so and show the exact figures.

It is a promise to send money back after you qualify, not a checkout discount, coupon, price match, pass guarantee, score guarantee, license guarantee, or outcome guarantee. The rebate is never deducted at checkout.

Who qualifies

Your first submitted attempt of the course's final exam or challenge exam must score 90% or higher. Only the first submitted attempt counts. Retakes, administrative resets, changed answers, corrected submissions, and later higher scores do not create eligibility.

You must earn it in the same account that made the purchase, with identity setup completed and the course exam taken in that account. The platform's stored score, identity, payment, support, and completion records are the records used for review.

Certificate courses and exam-only courses

For a certificate course, the rebate is reviewed after the certificate is released. You complete the course in your account — active course time, the lessons, the final review, and certificate release — and the first final-review attempt is the one that counts.

For a non-certificate exam-prep or board-prep course, no certificate is issued, so the rebate is reviewed after your first passing exam attempt is recorded instead. Identity, payment, the per-student cap, and a no-dispute record still apply the same way.

Rebate amount, timing, and method

Each eligible course posts its own price, rebate amount, and net-after-rebate price on the course page and at checkout. For example, the Internal Medicine IM-ITE bank posts $269.00 with a $80.00 rebate ($189.00 net), and the NCLEX-RN bank posts $99.00 with a $30.00 rebate ($69.00 net). See each course page for its exact posted figures.

When the records show every term was met, the full advertised rebate is issued to your original payment method. A smaller rebate is not substituted for meeting the terms. Bank posting times, expired cards, and closed accounts can affect where or when the refund appears, but they do not reduce the advertised amount for an eligible record.

The rebate applies only to eligible tuition actually paid for The 90 Club™. It excludes taxes, processor or platform fees, support upgrades, mailed-certificate fees, and any amount already refunded, credited, discounted, waived, disputed, or not collected.

How to request a review

Request rebate review through your course's support path within 30 days after your certificate is released, or, for a non-certificate prep course, within 30 days after your first exam result is recorded. Missing, late, incomplete, or unverifiable requests may be denied because eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You do not have to wait to be asked: an owner or administrator may also review a qualifying record on its own.

Limits and per-student cap

One rebate may be issued per student, account, purchase, and qualifying completion. No more than 3 rebates are issued to the same student, account, email address, or payment method within any rolling 365-day window; requests above that cap are declined regardless of the exam score.

The rebate cannot be stacked with price matches, coupons, hardship or waiver purchases, private discounts, free access, refunds, credits, or any other promotion. Price-match purchases, duplicate accounts, support upgrades, and mailed certificates do not qualify.

When a record is not eligible

A record is not eligible if there is a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, failed refund, suspected fraud, account sharing, identity mismatch, automation, exam manipulation, duplicate-account use, abusive conduct, or policy violation.

The standard refund policy still applies. A student who does not meet every condition remains subject to the normal refund policy and is not owed a rebate.

What it does not promise

The 90 Club™ does not promise licensure, an official exam score, official exam performance, school acceptance, employer acceptance, agency approval, a passing score, or any specific legal, employment, academic, or disciplinary outcome. It is a conditional rebate promise: when the records show every eligibility term was met, the advertised rebate is issued.

The program may be changed, paused, or ended for future purchases. The terms shown at the time of your purchase control that purchase, unless applicable law, payment-network rules, or a written correction from us requires a different result.

Common questions

Is this a discount at checkout?

No. You pay the posted price at checkout, and the rebate is sent back to your original payment method after review — it is not deducted up front.

Which attempt counts?

Only your first submitted attempt of the final exam or challenge exam. Retakes and later higher scores do not create eligibility.

How do I claim it?

Score 90% or higher on the first attempt, complete identity setup and the course in the same account, then request review through the course's support path within 30 days of certificate release (or of your first exam result on a no-certificate prep course).

How much will I get and when?

Each course page posts its exact rebate and net-after-rebate price. Once your record is verified, the full posted rebate goes to your original card.

How many rebates can I earn?

Up to 3 within any rolling 365-day window, and one per purchase. It cannot be combined with coupons, price matches, or other promotions.

Is passing guaranteed?

No. The 90 Club™ is a rebate for a strong first attempt, not a pass, score, license, or outcome guarantee.
