About National Course Portal

Online courses with clear certificates and real support.

National Course Portal offers online courses for students, families, courts, agencies, and employers who need clear information before enrollment, helpful learning supports, and records that can be verified after completion.

Who develops the courses

Developed under the direction of Ankur Fadia, MD

National Course Portal was founded by Ankur Fadia, MD — a board-certified physician, university professor, and EMS Medical Director with training from Duke University, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Dr. Fadia has designed and delivered educational programs for medical students, physician assistant students, EMS providers, and working professionals since 2012. The physician background does not make these courses medical treatment or legal advice. It does help keep the material clear, organized, privacy-conscious, and careful around sensitive topics.

How the platform is run

Real business, real support, real records

National Course Portal is operated by Driver Course Platform LLC, a registered Virginia business. Course pages show price, enrollment status, certificate rules, support, and recordkeeping expectations before payment. No bots, no runaround — a real person handles every inquiry.

What visitors can review before deciding

Price-match review on eligible paid courses

If you find a lower current public price for a comparable paid course, send it before checkout and we will review it under the posted course terms. The goal is competitive pricing without sacrificing content quality, multilingual access, or certificate verification.

Hundreds of course options across multiple states

Our catalog covers workplace compliance, harassment prevention, safety, driver improvement, parent education, insurance pre-licensing, board prep, real estate exam prep, and other certificate or practice pathways across many states. Each course page states whether the course is open, approved, pending review, or educational-only.

English and Spanish access for every course

Every course includes English and Spanish student pages, course materials, and key certificate information so learners can use the course in either language.

Learning supports available

Core student lessons include optional guided reading tools with read-aloud controls, text highlighting, and speed options where supported by the student's browser.

Operated by a named business

National Course Portal is operated by Driver Course Platform LLC, a Virginia business entity, with a support email and recordkeeping process behind the courses.

What you can check before you enroll

  • Whether a course is approved, open for enrollment, or still being prepared for review.
  • The course length, certificate rules, final exam requirements, and price before payment.
  • Completion certificates with certificate IDs that can be verified online.
  • Secure electronic records kept for at least 5 years when required.
  • Learning supports such as guided reading and alternative access help where available.
  • Support by secure message or email, tied to the student's course record.
  • Clear refund terms and price-match review when a course offers it.

Courses for different requirements

Some courses are open now, while others are available only for agency or group review before enrollment opens. Each course page should make that status clear.

Help and completion proof

If you are a student, parent, attorney, court staff member, agency reviewer, or employer, you can contact support through the secure portal or admin@nationalcourseportal.com. Requests stay connected to the right course and record.

Important boundaries

National Course Portal provides education and completion certificates. It does not provide legal, medical, therapeutic, insurance, or employment advice. Certificate acceptance depends on the requesting authority except where a course page states a specific written approval.
