Course purpose
Bilingual online 3-hour Nevada insurance producer ethics CE - the ethics requirement of Nevada's 30-hour, three-year producer CE (NRS 683A.171 / NAC 683A). It covers the producer's fiduciary duty and standard of conduct; Nevada's Unfair Trade Practices Act (NRS 686A - misrepresentation, twisting, rebating, unfair claim settlement); the annuity best-interest standard and four obligations (Regulation R109-23 amending NAC 686A, NAIC 2020 model effective November 15, 2024); replacement, suitability, privacy, and conflicts of interest; insurance fraud; and the Nevada Division of Insurance producer licensing and discipline framework (NRS 683A) - with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to the Division through Sircon.
Acceptance responsibility
There is no single national approval body for this type of education course. If a court, officer, employer, school, or agency assigned the course, confirm that they accept an online certificate course before paying or relying on completion.
