Course purpose
Bilingual online 8-hour course satisfying North Dakota's initial long-term care producer training required before soliciting, selling, or negotiating long-term care insurance (N.D. Admin. Code ch. 45-06-05.1 (NDID Bulletins 2007-03 and 2013-1)). It teaches LTC fundamentals and benefit design; the federal tax-qualified standard; suitability, underwriting, inflation protection, and replacement; and the required training topics, including the North Dakota Long-Term Care Partnership Program and its dollar-for-dollar Medicaid asset disregard.
