Bilingual online 3-hour Ohio insurance producer ethics CE covering the licensee standard of conduct, full disclosure, suitability vs. the annuity best-interest standard, replacement, privacy and claim-advocacy duties, Ohio's unfair and deceptive acts or practices in the business of insurance (ORC 3901.20 and ORC 3901.21, plus the unfair-claims rule OAC 3901-1-07 - misrepresentation, rebating, twisting and churning, unfair claim settlement), fiduciary premium-trust handling, insurance fraud, and the Ohio Department of Insurance discipline and CE-compliance process.
