(Unfair Practices and Frauds; unfair claims at 36 O.S. § 1250.1 et seq.)) and producer discipline (36 O.S. § 1435.13 (Oklahoma Producer Licensing Act)) - with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to Oklahoma Insurance Department through the NAIC State Based Systems (SBS).
