Code Chapter 89a, inflation and nonforfeiture benefits, and the federal-state Partnership framework grounded in the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA 2005) and IRC § 7702B - then the Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Partnership Program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) through Medical Assistance (MA), the dollar-for-dollar Medicaid asset disregard, eligibility via the County Assistance Office (CAO), the Unfair Insurance Practices Act (40 P.S. § 1171.5) with Insurance Department Act discipline (40 P.S. § 310.11), and senior-consumer protection - with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reported to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department through the provider. Delivered as a bilingual online 4-hour course.
