Bilingual online 8-hour ongoing Texas annuity CE for the renewal cycle after the one-time 4-hour annuity best-interest training (28 TAC §19.1029). Combines a full best-interest review (Insurance Code Ch. 1115 - care, disclosure, conflict of interest, documentation) with advanced topics: fixed indexed crediting methods and income riders, variable and registered index-linked annuities and the securities overlay, annuity taxation in depth, retirement income planning, market conduct and senior protection, applied case studies, and recordkeeping/supervision - with knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reporting to Texas through the provider (TDI #242850).
Acceptance responsibility
