Bilingual online 8-hour Texas Long-Term Care Partnership initial certification that satisfies the one-time training required before selling, soliciting, or negotiating LTC Partnership products (28 TAC §3.3874). Covers LTC policy structure and benefit triggers, product types and tax treatment, the Texas regulatory framework (Insurance Code Ch. 1651, 28 TAC ch. 3), the Partnership Program and dollar-for-dollar Medicaid asset disregard, Medicaid eligibility and estate recovery, suitability, consumer protections and disclosures, marketing ethics, underwriting and claims, and the compliant Partnership sales process - with lesson knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reporting to Texas through the provider (TDI #242850).
Acceptance responsibility
There is no single national approval body for this type of education course. If a court, officer, employer, school, or agency assigned the course, confirm that they accept an online certificate course before paying or relying on completion.
