Course purpose
Bilingual online 12-hour Texas producer CE bundle that delivers the mandatory 3 ethics hours plus a 9-hour General Producer module - 12 of the 24 hours in the biennial requirement, including all 3 required ethics hours (annuity and long-term care training are sold as separate courses). The General Producer module covers regulation and licensing, unfair practices and prompt pay, personal auto, homeowners and Texas catastrophe exposure, commercial P&C and workers' compensation, life insurance and taxation, health and the ACA, Medicare, disability and supplemental health, fraud/privacy/cybersecurity, and errors and omissions - with per-module knowledge checks, a final exam, a certificate, and CE reporting to Texas through the provider (TDI #242850).
Acceptance responsibility
There is no single national approval body for this type of education course. If a court, officer, employer, school, or agency assigned the course, confirm that they accept an online certificate course before paying or relying on completion.
