40-hour seat-time requirement

Course does not authorize adjuster activity

This course does not authorize the holder to act as a Texas adjuster. Tex. Ins. Code Ch. 4101 prohibits adjusting claims in Texas for compensation without an active TDI-issued adjuster license.
