B with its 15-day/15-business-day/5-business-day clocks and 18% interest penalty, the unfair settlement practices of Ch. 541 §541.060, and the forces-of-nature reforms of Ch. 542A/HB 1774 with pre-suit notice and capped interest); Texas property adjusting (the Texas homeowners forms HO-A/HO-B/HO-AT/HO-BT, dwelling and contents, the water-vs-flood and wind exclusions, the percentage wind/hail deductible, and the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) coastal residual market under Ch. 2210 with WPI-8 certificates); commercial property, business income and extra expense, and the Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy with its occurrence-vs-claims-made trigger, aggregate limits, the duty to defend, and reservation of rights; and Texas auto physical-damage and liability claims, catastrophe adjusting, fraud indicators and SIU referral, subrogation, salvage, and appraisal. Concludes with a monitored 150-question final exam (175 minutes, 70% passing) drawn at random from a 200-item randomized bilingual item bank, matching the TDI Propiedad y Responsabilidad adjuster exam blueprint (150 questions, under 180 minutes, 70% to pass; license type 4056). The separate Pearson VUE Texas adjuster examination is replaced by the exam-exemption pathway once the course is TDI-aprobado.
