Mastery rebate plan

If a student chooses this plan, they pay more up front and may receive a manual rebate only after completing everything cleanly and scoring 90% or higher on the first final-review attempt. If fully approved, the net cost is $14.99, $10.00 below the standard $24.99 plan.

The standard $24.99 plan remains available. This rebate plan is optional; the rebate is not guaranteed and requires manual review.

Full rebate terms
  • This optional plan applies only to the separate $29.99 checkout plan labeled Mastery Rebate Plan while that exact plan is publicly offered for this course.
  • The standard $24.99 checkout, price-match purchases, hardship or waiver purchases, private discounts, coupons, free access, duplicate accounts, support upgrades, mailed certificates, and any other add-ons do not qualify.
  • The student must complete the course in the same account that purchased the Mastery Rebate Plan, including identity setup, required active course time, all lessons, final review, certificate release, and any required course notices.
  • Only the first submitted final review attempt counts for the rebate threshold. Retakes, admin resets, changed answers, corrected submissions, or later higher scores do not create eligibility.
  • The first final review score must be 90% or higher. The platform's stored score, timing, identity, payment, support, and certificate records are the controlling records for review.
  • The rebate is never automatic and is not an entitlement. It is reviewed manually and may be approved, reduced, delayed, or denied after the owner/admin checks the course, payment, identity, timing, exam, certificate, and support records.
  • A student may request rebate review through the course support path within 30 days after certificate release. Missing, late, incomplete, abusive, or unverifiable requests may be denied, though the owner/admin may choose to review a record without a request.
  • The maximum rebate is the lesser of $15.00, the amount paid above the $14.99 retained tuition, and the remaining Stripe-refundable balance. If approved at the maximum amount, the student's net tuition is $14.99, which is lower than the standard $24.99 checkout.
  • The rebate applies only to eligible tuition actually paid for the Mastery Rebate Plan. It excludes taxes, processor or platform fees, support upgrades, mailed certificate fees, court or agency fees, chargeback fees, bank fees, third-party fees, and any amount already refunded, credited, discounted, waived, disputed, reversed, or not collected.
  • No rebate can create cash value, account credit, transferable value, a refund larger than the amount actually paid, or a refund to any payment method other than the original payment method allowed by the payment processor.
  • A record is not eligible if there is a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, failed refund, suspected fraud, account sharing, identity mismatch, automation, manipulation of timing or exam records, duplicate account use, abusive conduct, policy violation, or certificate revocation concern.
  • Only one mastery rebate may be approved per student, account, purchase, and course completion. The rebate cannot be stacked with price matches, coupons, hardship waivers, private discounts, free access, refunds, credits, or any other promotion.
  • This plan does not promise certificate acceptance, court acceptance, employer acceptance, agency approval, a passing score, a specific outcome, or that the student will receive any legal, employment, disciplinary, or case benefit.
  • The standard refund policy continues to apply. Students who do not meet every plan condition remain subject to the normal refund policy and are not owed a mastery rebate.
  • Approved rebates are submitted to the original payment method when processor rules and available refundable balance allow. Bank posting times, failed refunds, expired cards, closed accounts, insufficient Stripe balance, processor restrictions, and issuer handling are outside National Course Portal's control.
  • The program may be changed, paused, or ended for future purchases. The terms shown at the time of purchase control that purchase unless applicable law, payment-network rules, processor rules, or a written owner/admin correction requires a different result.
  • This plan is not a money-back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, pass guarantee, or guaranteed-outcome promotion. It is a discretionary, manually reviewed partial rebate program with specific eligibility conditions that may be denied at the sole discretion of the owner/admin.
