Acceptance

Confirm acceptance before payment

If a court, officer, employer, school, attorney, or agency asked you to take a course, confirm that they accept an online certificate course before purchasing. This site does not promise universal acceptance.

Important limits

Education course, not treatment or legal advice

Not legal advice, medical advice, therapy, crisis care, addiction treatment, or a substitute for any program specifically required by a court, agency, employer, school, or supervising authority.

Not a promise that any court, probation office, employer, school, agency, or licensing body will accept the certificate.

Not DUI school, alcohol treatment, detox, recovery coaching, legal advice, license-reinstatement advice, or court supervision.

Parent or legal guardian required for under-18 enrollment: when the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian must complete the Stripe checkout as the buyer of record (their email, their card). After purchase, the parent receives a separate bilingual confirmation email; the student's certificate is not released until the parent clicks the confirmation link. If the parent never confirms, the certificate stays blocked indefinitely and no refund is issued. We do not auto-refund unconfirmed minor enrollments.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support resource immediately.
