Each learner keeps their own account, final review, certificate, and record. The organization remains responsible for confirming acceptance, assigning seats appropriately, and retaining any official court, school, diversion, or agency records.
Acceptance support
Certificate lists course name, 4-hour length, completion date, student name, and verification details.
Students are told to confirm online-course acceptance before paying or relying on completion.
The course is education only and avoids approval, treatment, legal, medical, and universal-acceptance claims.

Parent or legal guardian required for under-18 enrollment: when the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian must complete the Stripe checkout as the buyer of record (their email, their card). After purchase, the parent receives a separate bilingual confirmation email; the student's certificate is not released until the parent clicks the confirmation link. If the parent never confirms, the certificate stays blocked indefinitely and no refund is issued. We do not auto-refund unconfirmed minor enrollments.
