Common Missouri reviewer and parent questions

These answers keep the approval status clear: Florida DCF approval is a provider credential, while Missouri acceptance is still pending.

Is this course already approved by Missouri circuit courts?

No. Missouri is local-rule/circuit driven. This course is prepared for circuit review, and enrollment remains closed until a circuit accepts, designates, or lists it.

Does the course cover mediation?

Yes. RSMo 452.600 specifically references alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, and Module 5 is dedicated to ADR benefits, limits, preparation, and safety-aware boundaries.

What is the passing requirement?

Each module ends with content-based knowledge checks, and a cumulative score of 80% or higher is required before the completion certificate is issued. Participants can review the material and retry, so the threshold confirms engagement rather than creating a barrier.

How does the Florida approval help?

It shows National Course Portal has already built and operates a DCF-approved parent education program in Florida. It does not mean Missouri approval has been granted.

What is the planned tuition?

The planned tuition is $9.95, with a $4.95 reduced-fee option and hardship/no-cost review if a court requests that access path. It is intentionally below the lowest current public paid online price found in this research pass, while court acceptance remains separate from price.

Missouri circuit review needed - enrollment closed. Missouri acceptance is circuit/local-rule driven. This course is available for circuit review, but National Course Portal does not claim Missouri circuit approval until the circuit accepts or designates it.
