By proceeding, the purchasing organization agrees that seat purchases are nonrefundable after enrollment links are distributed, that unused seats expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing, and that National Course Portal is not liable for employee noncompletion. Pricing is per seat per enrollment and does not include future re-enrollments. All purchases are subject to the terms of service.

Open the dashboard
The organization contact receives a private dashboard link by email. The dashboard lists every enrollment link.

Send one link per employee
Each employee uses their own link, creates or signs into their own student account, and accepts the course disclosures.

Track completion
The dashboard shows available, in-progress, and completed seats. Certificate IDs appear after learners pass.
Learners do not share one account. Each learner has a separate login, final exam attempt, certificate, and record. The private dashboard helps with tracking. The employer remains responsible for agency policies, supervision, mandated-reporting rules, clinical protocols, role-specific training, and official record retention.

Lowest paid price guarantee
If a comparable paid online course or bulk-seat offer has a lower current public all-in price for the same learner type, course scope, learner count, certificate path, and records support, send it for manual review. Free government courses, free nonprofit options, internal training, grants, private coupons, temporary or expired promotions, bundles, memberships, subscriptions, non-public group pricing, custom contracts, negotiated PO pricing, hidden-fee offers, and nonequivalent formats are excluded.
