This page explains what information Workplace Harassment Prevention Foundations uses to operate registration, identity controls, course progress, the final exam, certificates, and support.
The platform may collect account, purchase, legal-name, date-of-birth, course-reference information when applicable, identity-answer, course-progress, active-time activity, final-review or exam result, certificate, and support-communication information.
If optional services are purchased, the platform may also use payment data, Stripe identifiers, and, when needed, postal-address information to fulfill the order.
Student information is used to authenticate access, process purchases, verify identity, enforce course controls, issue certificates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and maintain operational and regulatory records.
Information may also be reviewed for audits, incident response, dispute defense, and compliance with the rules that apply to the course.
Information may be shared with infrastructure providers, optional sign-in providers such as Google, payment processors, transactional email providers, support vendors, or compliance reviewers when needed to operate the course or satisfy a regulatory requirement.
Completion, certificate, and compliance records may be retained as required by applicable law, program rules, and reasonable operational needs. Reasonable security measures are used, but no online system can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
The platform requests Social Security Numbers or the last four digits of an SSN only when a course-specific rule or agency process requires it.
When that information is required, it is encrypted in transit via TLS, used only for the applicable process, and limited to authorized staff with a direct operational need.
