- You may request refund review if you purchased the course by mistake, duplicated a purchase, or cannot use the course before starting.
- A refund normally stops being available after substantial course use, final-review access, certificate issuance, or delivery of seat codes that have been used.
- Acceptance by an employer, agency, city, state, or other outside party is not guaranteed. Confirm acceptance before purchasing when the course must satisfy a specific requirement.
- Bulk-seat purchases are reviewed based on seat-code use, certificate issuance, and any applicable written agreement.
