How employer seats work

Buy seats once

Enter the number of employees, pay once by card, or request invoice/PO support. Bulk card checkout starts at 5 seats.

Open the dashboard

The employer contact receives a private dashboard link by email. The dashboard lists every employee enrollment link.

Send one link per employee

Each employee uses their own link, creates or signs into their own student account, and accepts the course disclosures.

Track completion

The dashboard shows available, in-progress, and completed seats. Certificate IDs appear after employees pass.

Employees do not share one account. Each employee has a separate login, final exam attempt, certificate, and record. The employer dashboard helps with tracking, but the employer remains responsible for policy alignment, state-specific requirements, and official record retention.

One payment

Pay once by card for the seats you need, or request invoice/PO support for larger internal purchasing workflows.

Enrollment links

After payment, the employer contact receives a private dashboard and one seat link per employee.

Completion tracking

The employer dashboard shows available, redeemed, and completed seats with certificate IDs when employees pass.

Paid price review

If a comparable paid online course or employer-seat offer has a lower current public all-in price for the same learner type, course scope, employee count, certificate path, and records support, send it for manual review. Free government courses, free nonprofit options, employer-internal training, grants, private coupons, temporary or expired promotions, bundles, memberships, subscriptions, non-public group pricing, custom contracts, negotiated PO pricing, hidden-fee offers, and nonequivalent formats are excluded.
