Approval checklist
- Provider registration through Prometric / Sircon, with provider registration currently listed as no fee.
- Course approval submission before advertising or conducting WV CE or prelicensing for credit.
- Annotated 30-minute outline, student materials, sample test, self-study monitoring procedures, and required certifications.
- Prelicensing certificate controls before a learner is told to sit for the producer exam.
- CE certificate and roster reporting controls, including NPN collection and Sircon completion reporting after approval.
