It excludes taxes, processor or platform fees, support upgrades, mailed certificate fees, court or agency fees, chargeback fees, bank fees, third-party fees, and any amount already refunded, credited, discounted, waived, disputed, reversed, or not collected.
No rebate can create cash value, account credit, transferable value, a refund larger than the amount actually paid, or a refund to any payment method other than the original payment method allowed by the payment processor.
A record is not eligible if there is a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, failed refund, suspected fraud, account sharing, identity mismatch, automation, manipulation of timing or exam records, duplicate account use, abusive conduct, policy violation, or certificate revocation concern.
