Open the dashboard
The employer contact receives a private dashboard link by email. The dashboard lists every employee enrollment link.

Send one link per employee
Each employee uses their own link, creates or signs into their own student account, and accepts the course disclosures.

Track completion
The dashboard shows available, in-progress, and completed seats. Certificate IDs appear after employees pass.
Employees do not share one account. Each employee has a separate login, final exam attempt, certificate, and record. The employer dashboard helps with tracking, but the hotel still controls who gets each link and remains responsible for official record retention.

Free state, government, or nonprofit options, employer-internal training, private coupons, temporary promotions, bundles, subscriptions, non-public group pricing, custom contracts, negotiated invoice/PO pricing, hidden-fee offers, optional mailed certificates, consulting, in-person services, and nonequivalent formats are excluded.
